  • Supporting troubleshooting and customer support related to the integration.
  • RaiserSync acts as a pass-through system and does not permanently store any customer data.

3. Data Sharing We do not share or sell personal data processed through RaiserSync, except in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties (e.g., hosting providers like Digital Ocean) that assist in delivering our services.
  • Legal Compliance: When required to comply with applicable laws or legal processes.

4. Data Security We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted during transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest using AES-256.
  • Authentication: Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication ensures authorized access only.
  • Access Controls: Permissions are managed within Raiser’s Edge NXT and HubSpot, with no credentials stored by RaiserSync.

5. Data Retention RaiserSync does not retain customer data permanently. Temporary data used during synchronization is deleted immediately upon completion of the sync process.

6. User Rights Users have the following rights regarding their data:

  • Access and Correction: Users can request access to or corrections of data stored within Raiser’s Edge NXT or HubSpot via their respective platforms.
  • Deletion: Since RaiserSync does not store data permanently, there is no data to delete beyond what exists in the platforms.

7. Hosting and Data Storage RaiserSync is hosted on Digital Ocean’s secure infrastructure with data centers located in the UK. Data handling complies with international data protection standards.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. The updated policy will be posted with the “Effective Date” at the top.
